William J. Trott, Ph.D., P.E., Forensic Hydrologic and Civil Engineer, specializes in hydrology, hydraulics, computer modeling, reservoir operations, flood control, ground water issues, and water resources planning, plus water resources design and economics.  As a professor of Civil Engineering, Dr. Trott teaches all of the above specialties at the undergraduate and graduate level.  He is the Principal Hydrologic Expert Witness of   American  Weather & Hydrology, LLC.
