More than 20 years of professional experience in climatology, meteorology, tornado and severe storms photography, weather forecasting, climatic research, and forensic discovery. EDUCATION. Mr. Reid earned his B.A. and M.A. in Geography, specializing in Climatology, from California State University, Northridge, under the professorship of the late Dr. Arnold Court and other professors. EXPERIENCE AND CURRENT AFFILIATIONS. After working as a Meteorologist for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Bill Reid has been a climatological consultant to *American Weather & Hydrology, LLC dba* California Weather & Earth Sciences, Associated Science Experts, LLC,** and their predecessors since 1989.
